Simply Confident Nutrition is owned and operated by Ingrid Anderson who is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). At Simply Confident Nutrition our mission is to simplify nutrition for women so that they can be healthy and fit without missing out on enjoyable life experiences. In addition to having access to a science-based fat burning diet, you will have access to daily interactions with your coach. Your coach will provide critical feedback, motivation, and encouragement for healthy weight loss. This program allows you to address any questions or concerns immediately with your coach. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to connect with women who have similar goals in our Private Online Support Group.
Simply Confident was created to coach and educate anyone with a health or fitness goal. You can expect to experience a supportive and comprehensive approach to your overall health and nutrition. This program will leave you feeling successful, healthy, strong, and confident.
Ingrid Anderson is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and has experience in both inpatient clinical nutrition as well as outpatient counseling. Her inspiration for becoming an RDN originated from her love of fitness and her own struggles with weight management. She was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, Hashimoto's Disease, that causes many symptoms including fatigue, weight gain, and difficulty losing weight.
By focusing her nutrition on metabolism optimization, Ingrid was able to attain her fitness goals and is now living symptom-free. She also loves to exercise and co-owns a kickboxing and strength training gym in Kingston NY, Core Strength Fitness. Ingrid takes a whole food approach to nutrition and wellness. She believes that everyone should have the opportunity to reach their health and fitness goals.

Whether you want to look better, lose weight, are trying to improve your fertility or decrease risk of heart disease or diabetes I am there to make sure that you will be successful.

Simply Confident's approach is holistic. Social media and the diet industry can make losing weight feel overwhelming and confusing. Even if you feel like it’s impossible for you to lose weight, Simply Confident makes your goals achievable by simplifying nutrition. This program provides the structure that you need to eliminate feeling like a “deer in the headlights”. I don’t just tell you what to eat, I show you. Simply Confident does the heavy lifting by providing custom meal plans and then teaching you how to integrate the foods you love with our flexible nutrition for weight loss blueprint. I simplify nutrition so that anyone can be successful. Each meal plan is balanced with protein, fats, and carbohydrates for optimal results so that you feel and look your best!
What is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist?
Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) are nutrition experts who have met the educational requirements that have been approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics. The requirements to become an RDN are extensive. RDNs are required to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Science. In addition, RDNs must complete nutrition focused studies, which is required for pre-med and nursing students as well. These classes include but are not limited to: organic chemistry, biochemistry, anatomy & physiology, and microbiology. Furthermore, RDN’s must complete a post graduation 10-month internship with additional coursework. After passing a board exam that proves expertise the letters “RDN” are finally earned. RDNs take pride in their ability to navigate the science and deliver practical solutions that promote healthy relationships with food and lasting lifestyle changes.
How does your program work?
Each member will receive an intake form that I will evaluate. You will also be given access to our private online community, weekly custom meal plans, online nutrition resources, and be invited to join our weekly success video calls! Weekly Success Calls are your opportunity to learn about nutrition from a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, ask questions, share victories, and be encouraged!
